They cover labour for the visit itself — any parts, materials or extra work found on site are always quoted and agreed with you before anything is carried out. New boiler, heat pump and cylinder installationsaren't on this list, as every install is individually surveyed and quoted — start a boiler estimate or heat pump estimate instead. Note that a new heat pump installation itself qualifies for 0% VAT, unlike the servicing and repair fees above.
