How we use your details
A plain-English explanation of what we collect when you use this site, why, and how to ask us to remove it. This page is written to be honest and easy to understand — not dense legal wording.

What we collect
When you use our boiler or heat pump guide-estimate tools, get a quote, or book a visit, we ask for:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your postcode (and sometimes your address, if you give it)
- Your answers to the guide-estimate questions (property type, current heating, etc.)
We don't collect payment details, and we don't use tracking cookies to build an advertising profile of you.
Why we collect it
Only to run the business and get back to you properly:
- To send you the guide estimate you asked for
- To follow up about your enquiry — by phone, email, or WhatsApp
- To arrange a survey, quote, or booking if you go ahead
- To keep a record of past customers and enquiries, so we can help you again in future
Where it's kept
Your details are stored securely in our private business system, which only the business owner and authorised staff can access. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We may use trusted service providers (for example, to help us communicate with you) who only ever act on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and customer details for as long as reasonably needed to provide our services, follow up, and meet our legal and accounting obligations (for example, gas safety and warranty records). If you ask us to delete your details and there's no ongoing job or legal reason to keep them, we will.
Your choices
You can ask us, at any time, to:
- Tell you what details we hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your details, where we're not required to keep them
- Stop contacting you about a particular enquiry
